1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bat999 ("bat999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bat999 website at bat999.one and all associated services, including sports betting, casino gaming, slots, crash games, and account services (collectively, "the Services").

By registering a bat999 account, accessing the bat999 website, or placing any wager or bet through the bat999 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bat999 Services and close your account.

bat999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the bat999 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a bat999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bat999 does not permit persons under 18 to register, deposit, wager, or access any real-money gaming services.
• You are registering on your own behalf as a private individual, not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bat999 or had a bat999 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent for any other person in connection with your bat999 account.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

bat999 may request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

To use bat999's real-money Services, you must register a bat999 account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to notify bat999 promptly of any changes to your registered information. bat999 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one bat999 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If bat999 identifies that you hold multiple accounts, bat999 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any bets placed, and forfeit any balances in accordance with these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat999 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. bat999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your bat999 account, you must notify bat999 support immediately.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy

The name and personal details on your bat999 account must match the identity documents provided during KYC verification. bat999 will only process withdrawals to payment methods registered in the same legal name as the verified bat999 account. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

4Deposits and Funding

bat999 accepts deposits from Pakistani players via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All deposits are processed in the currency of the selected payment method and credited to your bat999 account balance.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed on the bat999 Cashier page.
• bat999 does not charge a platform fee on deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Third-party payment provider fees are outside bat999's control.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• bat999 reserves the right to return deposits to the original payment method and request additional verification before crediting any deposit to your account.
• Deposit funds are held in your bat999 account balance for the purpose of placing wagers on the bat999 platform. bat999 account balances do not accrue interest.

5Withdrawals

bat999 processes withdrawal requests to verified payment methods registered to the account holder's verified identity. The following conditions apply to all bat999 withdrawals:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before bat999 processes any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless bat999 agrees to an alternative method in writing.
• bat999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• bat999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of AML or fraud review procedures.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bat999 are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific product rules, the specific product rules shall prevail in respect of that product.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

bat999 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where bat999 suspects that odds have been displayed in error, a sporting event result is known or corrupted, or a player's betting pattern suggests systematic exploitation of bat999's pricing. A bet is only confirmed once bat999 has issued a bet confirmation reference to the player.

6.3 Voided Bets

bat999 reserves the right to void bets where events are cancelled, abandoned, or where outcomes are determined to have been affected by corrupt or irregular activity. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the player's bat999 account balance.

6.4 Errors

In the event of a manifest error in odds, casino game outcomes, or pay-out calculations, bat999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the error, regardless of whether a withdrawal has already been requested. bat999 will notify affected players and provide a full explanation of any correction applied.

7Bonuses and Promotions

bat999 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bat999 bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only eligible game categories contribute to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game type and are stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• bat999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account.
• One bonus per player, per household, per IP address applies unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
• bat999 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines that a player has exploited bonus terms in bad faith, including through multi-accounting, abuse of wagering thresholds, or systematic low-risk play designed to convert bonus funds.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds not wagered and any associated winnings not withdrawn before the expiry date will be removed from the player's bat999 account.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bat999 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one bat999 account simultaneously
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Using third-party payment methods or funding an account in a name other than the account holder's verified name
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with bat999 systems in a manner not intended for genuine human use
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or display errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploiting errors are not payable and will be voided
• Systematic abuse of promotional offers or wagering requirements through bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, or exploitative wagering patterns
• Any form of money laundering, including using bat999 deposits and withdrawals to process funds derived from criminal activity
• Attempting to access bat999's back-end systems, APIs, or databases through any means not authorised by bat999

9KYC and Anti-Money Laundering

bat999 operates in compliance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. As a condition of using bat999's Services, you agree to provide identity verification documentation when requested. bat999 accepts the following documents for KYC purposes from Pakistani players:

• Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• Pakistani Passport (bio-data page)
• Valid government-issued photo identification

bat999 may also request proof of the source of funds deposited to your account, particularly for high-value transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by bat999 will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, ultimately, account closure if documentation is not provided.

bat999 stores all KYC documentation in encrypted form and does not sell or share personal identification data with third parties except where required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations or by order of a competent authority.

10Responsible Gaming

bat999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: All players must be 18 or older. bat999 uses KYC verification to enforce this restriction and does not knowingly permit underage access to real-money gaming services.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their bat999 account at any time. Limit reductions take immediate effect. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory review delay.
• Session Limits: Players may set session time limits and enable reality check reminders from bat999 account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently via bat999 account settings or live support. Self-exclusions are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Closure: You may close your bat999 account at any time by contacting bat999 support. Remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after standard KYC checks.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the bat999 platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, audio, video, text, logos, trademarks, and design elements — is owned by bat999 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bat999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any bat999 content without express prior written consent from bat999. Unauthorised use of bat999 intellectual property may result in legal action.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat999 expressly disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the bat999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings from betting and gaming activity
• Interruption or unavailability of bat999 services due to technical issues, maintenance, or events outside bat999's control
• Unauthorised access to your bat999 account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Losses arising from reliance on information or odds displayed on bat999 in error
• Losses arising from your participation in bat999 services where online betting or gaming is not lawful in your jurisdiction

bat999 is not liable for decisions made by players in the course of using bat999's betting and gaming services. All wagering decisions are the sole responsibility of the player. bat999's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their bat999 account in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

13Termination and Suspension

bat999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering activity
• Conduct that bat999 reasonably believes is harmful to bat999, other players, or the integrity of the platform
• Player request for voluntary account closure

Upon termination, bat999 will review the account and, where no breach has occurred, return the verified real-money balance to the player's registered withdrawal method after completing applicable KYC and AML checks. Where termination results from a breach of these Terms, bat999 reserves the right to forfeit balance in accordance with these Terms.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bat999's operating entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bat999 platform shall be resolved in the first instance through bat999's internal complaints procedure.

To raise a formal complaint, contact bat999 support via live chat or email with a full written description of your concern. bat999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 28 days of receipt.

bat999 and the player agree to negotiate any dispute in good faith before resorting to any formal legal process. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

15Changes to These Terms

bat999 may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bat999 will provide notice to registered players via email to the registered account address or by displaying a prominent notice on the bat999 platform prior to the changes taking effect. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is identified by the version number and date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of bat999 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using bat999 and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
